2.6 earthquake rattles Morgan Hill

Three earthquakes—the largest registering a 4.0 magnitude—occurred in Gilroy early in the morning Nov. 26. The earthquakes occurred between 6:16-6:20am, according to the U.S. Geological Survey’s website. 

The smallest of the earthquakes was 2.7 in magnitude, the USGS reported. 

Police and fire departments have not reported any significant damage or incidents related to the earthquakes.
