Dear Editor:
I was just amazed to read a opinion that was so shallow and
uninformed as Mr. James Brescoll seems to be. Wal-Mart’s employee
relation is criminal both here in California, the country and the
world.

Mr. Brescoll must not have the knowledge what extremes people will go to to maintain some sort of income to make ends meet for their family and themselves. The times we are in right now people will do what they have to do to become employed. To overcome the rejection because of being over qualified places like Wal-Mart are able to have slave labor in areas such as Gilroy or any other California community that has an impossibly high cost of living.
People who care will not leave places like Wal- Mart until they can find something better – and they are all looking for something better.
As the letter before his said just go to the Internet and find all the pro and all the cons you ever wanted to know about Wal-Mart.
There are other big box stores that treat people fairly. There is no reason a person can not make a profit but what is enough to what end. People must be treated fairly and honestly.
