on May 15, 2003.
Gilroy native Vernon I. Patterson, age 90, passed away at home on May 15, 2003.
Mr. Patterson has been a resident of Gilroy for more than 60 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife Connie Patterson.
He is survived by his son Richard and his wife Mary Patterson of Gilroy, a sister Evelyn Ruckman and a brother Wes Patterson, both of Gilroy. He is the grandfather of Tami Rice of Bend, Ore., and Mike and Jeff Patterson, both of Hollister. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Garden of Memories, 768 Abbott St., Salinas.
