Yung-Ok Kim passed in Hollister, CA on Sunday, March 13th, 2011, at the age of 74 years.
Yung-Ok was a native of Inchon, South Korea, a former resident of Santa Clara County, and a resident of Hollister for the last eight years.
She was the spouse of the late Won-Kook Kim. Surviving Yung-Ok are her daughters Mihyang Kim and Jung-A Kim (husband Craig Carlton) of Hollister; her grand children Kylie and Amanda Koba; her sisters Yung-Kook of So. Korea, Ann Tanaka of Hollister, Chong Sandoval (husband Joe) of Arizona, Akiko Tanaka of San Jose (husband Leonard), and her brother Eung-Hwa An (spouse Ok-Ja) of So. Korea; many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to the viewing and visitation on Friday, March 18th, 2011, from 1:00 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. at the Grunnagle Funeral Home 870 San Benito St., Hollister, and to proceed with the family to the First Presbyterian Church 2066 San Benito St., where funeral services will be be held at 4:00 P.M.
Private inurnment will follow.
