Jarrod Skow, and Jillian Keppers, both of Hollister, plan to marry on May 6. Jarrod is the son of Mark and Janice Skow of Hollister and is employed with Dilbeck Construction. Jillian is the daughter of Joe and Terry Keppers, also of Hollister, and is employed at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital. Both Skow and Keppers are San Benito High School graduates.
Scimeca-Yetter
Kelli Yetter and Jason Scimeca, both of Hollister, will marry April 1. Kelli is the daughter of Ron and Linda Yetter of Hollister and is employed at Sacret Heart Parish School. Jason is the son of John and Carolyn Berggren of Hollister and Tim and Karen Scimeca of Woodstock, Ill., and is employed with the San Jose Police Department. Both Kelli and Jason graduated from San Benito High School in 1999.

Anthony Rangel
Navy Seaman Recruit Anthony Rangel, son of Elizabeth and Gerry Rangel of Gilroy, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
Rangel is a 2004 graduate of Gilroy High School.
HONORS
Kyle Warren
Kyle Warren, of Gilroy, made the Dean’s List at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. During the fall quarter, Warren earned a higher than a 3.5 grade point average.
Karen Pogue
Karen Pogue was honored as the City of Gilroy’s employee of the month for December. Pogue is an administrative secretary and has been employed with the city for 23 years.
