Joaquin Chacon hit a solo home run and Danny DeLong added three hits to the Septics cause. Mark Salazar went 4-for-4 and Addison Quach went 3-for-3 for the Bomb Squad.
Randy Newton and Rich Furtado each lashed a double and two singles as South Valley Plumbing-Elam Trucking turned back Dr. Tile 16-7. Louie Godinez went 3-for-4 for the winners. Dave Plaza netted three hits for Dr. Tile.
Team Hair FX earned a forfeit win over Ellite Barbers.
Henry Calderon bagged two hits and a sacrifice fly to propel Bad News past DLM Electric 12-9 in the Men’s BB opener Friday at Christmas Hill Park.
Jose Melendrez Jr. drove in three Bad News runs. Jose Mendoza went 2-for-3 and scored two DLM Electric runs.
Rob Sanchez and Junior Gutierrez each slapped a triple and two singles as Interstate Fence-Dee’z Nuts trimmed Czar Construction 12-6. Robert Silvia homered and Joel Vaca singled and tripled for Czar.

Johnny Salgado capped a five-run rally in the top of the seventh inning with a home run Sunday as 2-0 Cary O’Neal Roofing defeated Dee’z Nutz and Cherriez 8-3 in Co-Rec C play at Christmas Hill. Jim Sands homered along with two hits and a sacrifice fly for the Roofers. Melissa Taku went 2-for-2 for the Cherriez.
Fernndo Rodriguez clubbed a two-run single in the bottom of the final inning to give Chicks N’ Sticks an 18-17 nod over All Out. Alena Garcia went 5-for-5 and Brian Jones homered for the Sticks. Chris Adame, Cody Wilson and Eddie Adame hit All Out home runs.
