SEASIDE – The Gilroy High girls soccer team could not find the back of the net in Friday’s 2-0 shutout loss to host Seaside.

The Lady Mustangs gave up a goal in each half and could not match that total.

Up next, the garlic kickers will play Monterey on Dec. 17 at Monterey Peninsula College at 3:30 p.m. Gilroy will return home for its Jan. 8 league opener against Salinas at 5:30 p.m. inside Mustang Stadium.
