Dear Editor:
This is written regarding the Thursday, March 27 column headlined “Uncomfortable run-ins with the law.”
It seems Kat Teraji has an authority problem and a chip on her shoulder to boot. She certainly can’t take criticism, even constructive criticism. I think she should be glad that the police, who she said were polite on both occasions, thought enough about her welfare to check out the circumstances when she was parked at night apparently on a hill with someone who was drinking on another occasion.
First, it was the nursing staff at Saint Louise Hospital that she had a problem with, next it was a letter Ray Gilman wrote and now the Gilroy Police whose job it is to protect our safety. Poor Baby!
She seems to have more than her share of run-ins with people. Why doesn’t she: 1. grow up 2. get another job 3. work on her low self esteem or 4. work on a teen magazine where such juvenile whining is better tolerated?
Apparently, she uses The Dispatch as a forum for her apparently unhappy life. Life has its ups and downs and no one is above criticism.
We have a lot of very real concerns in our country now and frankly I am tired of her writing about such trivial matters.
Helen Wineberger, Gilroy
