She was a native of Mexico
Mrs. Garcia is survived by her daughter, Celia Romero of San Jose and her son, Marcelino Garcia of Texas. She was preceded in death by her daughter Apolonia Rodriguez and her sons, Pedro Garcia and Simon Garcia.
She is also survived by her grandchildren: George and Delana Romero, Jaime and Mary Romero, Cecilia Romero and Lucinda Miranda all of San Jose, Ana Maria, Pilar, Pedro, Marcos, David, Sandra, Flor, Celina and Lorenzo, Armida, Ana, Olivia, Haydee, Teresa, Leandro, Lorenza, Gerardo, Francisco, and Cristina Garcia all of Texas. She was preceded in death by granddaughters Angelica Garcia and Rosaura Doster of Texas. She was the great grandmother of 36 and great-great grandmother of three.
She was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Gilroy.
A memorial service will be held at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds located at 344 Tully Road in San Jose today at 4:30 p.m.
