Alexander Curiel, 18, of Morgan Hill, 12:05 p.m. Sunday, near East Main Avenue and Depot Street in Morgan Hill.

Under the influence of a controlled substance

Jason Lerma Horta, 37, of Gilroy, 3:40 a.m. Friday, near West Seventh and Carmel streets after being stopped for riding his bicycle without proper illumination and admitting to police that he had used methamphetamine.

Chad Jeremy Shrader, 31, of San Jose, 1:34 a.m. May 26, near Arroyo Circle and Camino Arroyo for parole hold and being under the influence of methamphetamine.

Stolen vehicle

Emily Donna Vaca, 29, of Gilroy, 1:52 a.m. May 25, near Monterey Highway and U.S. 101 for parole hold, driving without a license, driving a 1994 green Nissan Maxima that didn’t belong her and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Misdemeanor vandalism

Graffiti was painted on a fence on the 10000 block of Murphy Avenue in Morgan Hill, between 10 a.m. Monday and 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Vandalism

Rocks and mud were put down the exhaust pipe of a Gilroy man’s booster pump, which was parked near Bloomfield and Davidson avenues, causing $1,000 in damage, between 10 p.m. May 22 and 6 a.m. May 24.

Stolen vehicle

An unlocked 2001 white Toyota Camry with a damaged front end and a damaged ignition that didn’t require a key to start was stolen from the 10000 block of Monterey Highway in San Martin, between 9:15 and 9:22 p.m. Saturday.

Identity theft

A Morgan Hill man’s name, date of birth and Social Security number were used to apply for several credit cards, between 9:30 a.m. May 24 and 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

Found property

A black back containing various items was found on the 10000 block of Monterey Road in San Martin, 10:30 a.m. May 20.
