San Martin Neighborhood Alliance
Participate in the San Martin Neighborhood Alliance, a “Grass Roots” organization to help preserve the unique character and identity of your community. Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 7pm at the Lions Club Hall (across from airport) on Murphy Ave.

Thursday Night Teens
Come every Thursday and play some pool, Ping-Pong, shoot hoops, table soccer or listen to music from 6:30 to 8pm at the Wheeler auditorium. Open for ages 11 to 15 years.

Gilroy Boy Scout Troop 711 meets every Thursday from 7 to 8:30pm at St. Stephen’s Church at the corner of Wayland Lane and Broadway. All interested boys between sixth and 12th grades are invited to attend.

Rummage Sale To Benefit Shelter Animals
Friends Of San Martin Animal Shelter (FOSMAS) will be hosting their annual Rummage Sale on Friday, June 17 from noon to 8pm; Saturday, June 18 from 8am to 7pm, and Sunday, June 19 from 10am to 4pm. The sale will be held at the shelter, 12370 Murphy Ave.
Find great deals on furniture, tools, decorations and more. All clothes will be on sale for only 50 cents. Proceeds will help purchase food and medical supplies for animals at the shelter.

Caregiver Support
Day Break Caregiver Support Group meets every third Friday of the month in the Activity Room of Wheeler Manor, 651 W. Sixth. St. in Gilroy, from 2 to 3:30pm.
The goal is to assist in the well-being of those providing 24-hour care to a loved one suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease or some other form of dementia. Each session provides a guest speaker followed by discussion.
