Joseph Scott-Howar Link, 25, of Gilroy, 7:31 p.m. Sunday, near New Avenue and Jeanie Lane after police pulled him over for not having a rear license plate and found a large knife, brass knuckles and a small amount of marijuana in his car and on his person.

Eric Lopez, 23, of Gilroy, 12 p.m. Thurday, on the 7100 block of Church Street for possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
Possession of marijuana for sale
Antonio Badillo, 31, of Gilroy, 9:47 a.m. Thurday, near Wren and La Primavera avenues after police conducted a traffic stop, noticed the odor of marijuana and found 26.4 grams of marijuana, a scale and text messages offering to sell an eighth of an ounce for $50.

Identity theft
A Morgan Hill man’s name, social security number and date of birth were used to access and make changes to his credit and checking accounts, between 9:30 a.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Monday.
Grand theft
Electronics, cash and power tools, total value of $1,605, were stolen from an unlocked 2001 white GMC Sierra pickup truck on the 2300 block of Dryden Avenue, between 11:30 p.m. Sunday and 12:30 p.m. Monday.
Recovered stolen vehicle
A 1991 black Honda Accord stolen out of Watsonville was found in a water treatment plant pond near Frazier Lake Road and Pacheco Pass Highway, 11:58 a.m. Monday.
A 2000 black and orange Honda 600 F4 motorcycle stolen out of Morgan Hill was found parked in a field on the 2200 block of McDonald Lane in Morgan Hill, 4:50 p.m. Sunday.
Vandalism
A water tank and telephone box were vandalized with spray paint and a chain link fence was damaged on the 15500 block of Hill Road in Morgan Hill, between 8:30 a.m. March 15 and 8:30 a.m. Monday.
Petty theft
A concrete lid covering a water meter on the 8000 block of El Matador Drive, valued at less than $100, was stolen, between 1 p.m. Saturday and 7:50 a.m. Sunday. The victim believes several juveniles attending a party on his street took the cover.
Auto burglary
The door of a locked 1999 white Dodge Intrepid parked on the 8000 block of El Matador Drive was pried open and an Xbox 360 game console, video games, a headset and a Rolex watch, total value of $15,275, were stolen from inside, between 11 p.m. Saturday and 1:40 a.m. Sunday.
The window of a 1999 grey Ford Mustang parked near El Matador Drive and Solis Rancho Road was shattered and three iPods and a Sony DVD player, total value of $659, were stolen from inside, between 11 p.m. Saturday and 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
The window of a 2004 blue Toyota Corolla parked near El Matador Drive and Solis Rancho Road was shattered and an iPod, a GPS and a brown wallet, total value of $130, were stolen from inside, between 11 p.m. Saturday and 12 a.m. Sunday.
Residential burglary
A glass window of a residence on the 12600 block of Columbet Avenue in San Martin was broken and furniture, a television, camera equipment and other property were stolen, about 3 p.m. Thurday.
The rear door of a residence on the 13700 block of Kell Court in Morgan Hill was pried open and electronic equipment, sporting goods, building materials and other property were stolen, between 12 and 5:30 p.m. March 17.
A television was stolen from a storage room on the 5300 block of Pacheco Pass Highway, between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. March 16.
Jewelry, cameras and camera accessories, paintings and a jar of coins, total value of $7,945, were stolen from a residence on the 7400 block of Crews Road, between 8 a.m. Feb. 19 and 2 p.m. Feb. 21.
Two doors of a residence on the 8100 block of San Felipe Road were damaged beyond repair, the house had been ransacked and a DVD player worth $100 was stolen, between 9 p.m. March 15 and 10:45 a.m. March 16.
Auto theft
An unlocked 1999 grey Oldsmobile Alero with the key in its ignition was stolen from the 17900 block of Laurel Road in Morgan Hill, between 6:30 p.m. March 15 and 7:09 a.m. March 16.
