Manuel Victor Barrios, 26, and Oscar Antonio Martinez, 22, both of Gilroy, 11:47 a.m. April 22, on the 8300 block of Monterey Road for possession of marijuana for sale, conspiracy to commit a crime and probation violation after deputies found three small baggies of marijuana in their car.

Under the influence of a controlled substance

Louis Sanchez, 23, of Gilroy, 3:43 a.m. April 22, on the 6100 block of Monterey Road for being under the influence of a controlled substance and parole violation.

George Alan Coon, 66, of Gilroy, 12:48 a.m. April 26, near Monterey Road and Luchessa Avenue.

Christine Ann Delmonico, 19, of Gilroy, 12:01 a.m. April 24, near Chestnut Avenue and 10th Street.

Joseph Isaac Delgado, 23, of Gilroy, 2:38 a.m. April 23, on the 8100 block of Monterey Highway.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Teresa Zabala, 26, of Gilroy, 3:43 a.m. April 22, on the 6100 block of Monterey Road for possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation.

Tommy Chavez, 40, of San Jose, 10:20 p.m. April 19, near Monterey Highway and Rucker Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia and misappropriation of lost property after deputies found a glass pipe and three credit cards that did not belong to him in his car after stopping him.

James Morales Pena, 38, of Gilroy, 9:10 p.m. April 24, on the 700 block of Las Animas Avenue.

Possession of a controlled substance

Robin Annette Hastie, 39, of San Martin, 9:14 a.m. April 25, on the 12600 block of Harding Avenue in San Martin for possession of a controlled substance and on an unspecified warrant.

Vandalism

A 26-year-old San Martin man kicked a hole in his mother’s wall and knocked over the wooden railing of her porch on the 14900 block of Murphy Avenue in San Martin, between 1:10 and 1:24 p.m. April 22.

Three irrigation valves were damaged at a farm near Masten and Manna avenues in San Martin, between 7 p.m. April 17 and 7 a.m. April 18.

An unknown person driving a big rig backed into a cyclone fence near Highway 25 and Bolsa Road, causing about $1,500 in damage, between 6:30 p.m. April 20 and 7 a.m. April 21.

Vehicle burglary

An iPod Touch was stolen from a locked 1998 white Volkswagen Jetta parked at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 12:30 and 5 p.m. April 13.

The window of a 2005 black Chevrolet Tahoe parked at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., was broken and three iPod players, a wallet containing $15 and a Sony Vaio computer were stolen from inside, between 12 and 11:05 a.m. April 22.

The keyholes of a 2003 white Toyota Tacoma and a 2001 red Dodge Neon parked at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., were broken and electronics, stereo equipment and sporting equipment were stolen from inside, between 11:15 a.m. and 5:03 p.m. April 20.

The front window of a 2008 white Lexus GS470 parked at Gwinn Elementary School, 100 North St. in San Martin, was broken and a purse was stolen from inside, between 10 and 11:13 a.m. April 24.

Theft

An electrical box with 220-volt wiring was taken from a building on the 12200 block of Foothill Avenue, between 7 p.m. April 20 and 7 a.m. April 21.

Residential burglary

A thief entered a residence on the 7100 block of Crews Road through the bathroom window and stole electronic equipment, checks, credit cards, cash and jewelry, between 8:10 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 20.

A lawn mower, stable doors, a trailer, two bales of hay and a saddle rack were stolen from a ranch on the 12200 block of Foothill Avenue in San Martin, between 12 p.m. April 19 and 7 p.m. April 25.

A 2002 red Honda dirt bike was stolen from a shed on the 12600 block of Harding Avenue in San Martin, between 11 a.m. and 3:19 p.m. April 25.

A residence on the 18100 block of Barnard Road in Morgan Hill was ransacked and $12,590 worth of electronics, cash and jewelry was stolen from inside, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:55 p.m. April 22.
