About 6 p.m., California Highway Patrol responded to a solo vehicle rollover near the Masten Avenue on ramp. Although at least five police cars responded to the scene and officers blocked off the right lane, traffic continued to move smoothly, a witness said. CHP Officer Jaime Rios reported no injuries and said he did not believe alcohol played a part in the crash.
