GILROY—Unladylike clinched the regular season Women’s Softball League title June 24 at Las Animas Veterans Park, topping Just 4 Fun 18-10.
Danielle Sanchez netted five hits and Patricia Martinez and Bre Vasquez powered home runs for 9-1 Unladylike. Kim Lychak and Kendra Zarazyck each homered for Just 4 Fun.
Annette Ceballos and Jaime Hall hit consecutive two-out home runs in the final inning to earn the Dirty Diamonds an 11-9 victory over Pops’ Gals. Giovana Martin keyed the Diamonds surge with a homer, triple and double. Shawna Snakenburg went 3 for 3 and Maureen Hughes scored three runs for Pops’ Gals.

Last Minute extended its lead over second-place Swingers Monday by turning back Advanced Wheels 12-5 at Las Animas.
Graig Martinez and Andrew Mokres each homered as Last Minute surged to 7-1. Idle Swingers are second with a 5-2 mark.
Mariah Mastroieni led the Wheels offense with three hits.
Emmanuel Hernandez hit a home run, triple and double to lead Ex-Lifestyles past State Farm 23-13. Steve Facio went 3 for 3 for State Farm.
Tuesday DD
Garlic City Computer Network defeated Team Caley 12-2 to reach 9-0-1 in league action at Las Animas.
Derek Orca and Jose Gamboa each homered for the regular-season titlists. Ryan Evanger and Tomas Carrillo scored the Team Caley runs.
The Bash Brothers kept second place at 4-5-1 with a 12-11 edging of the Borrachos.
Gabe Jimenez and Leroy Martinez each singled and scored in the top of the seventh to complete the Bash scoring. The Borrachos responded with seven runs in the bottom of the seventh, anchored by a Sal Flores RBI-double. Danny Melendez claimed three singles and a sacrifice fly for the Borrachos.

VFW Bingo has a four-game winning streak after powering by Ninja Sushi 17-4 at Las Animas.
Jesse Barajas hit two home runs, a double and single to help the VFW Bingo cause. Scott Rader lined a two-run triple for Ninja Sushi.
Gilroy Thunder upset the Assassins 15-9 behind a nine-run rally in the sixth inning.
Bill Gocke and Mike Bratner each garnered two hits in the Thunder’s sixth frame. Sebastian Van Deren scored four Thunder runs. Rudy Maquinalez hit two home runs, while Scott Mead had one for the 6-3 Assassins.
Claddagh (7-2) lost an opportunity to earn a two-game lead in the standings, falling 6-5 to New Hope Community Church.
Steve Eddy’s RBI-single capped a three-run uprising for New Hope in the bottom of the seventh inning. Danny Russo went 2 for 2 for Claddagh.

Paul Garcia scored three runs and Tito Flores went 3 for 3 to key a 9-6 Under Construction victory over Humboldt Brewing at Las Animas.
Rick Trujillo added three hits and plated two runs for 6-3 Under Construction. Daniel Valdez powered a home run, triple and double for Humboldt Brewing.
Raul Gracia collected four singles and scored three runs as 6-3 Old City Hall upended Gil’s Warriors 18-13. Juan Gutierrez and George Espinoza each garnered three Warrior hits.
