The ballots also can be obtained through election day at the Registrar of Voters Office, 1555 Berger Dr., Building 2, San Jose.
The Registrar of Voters’ Office also welcomes voters to cast their ballots between normal business hours on weekdays, 8 in the morning until 5 in the evening.
Information on local candidates and measures, including impartial analysis of issues, as well as argument in favor and against, is available in sample ballots currently being mailed out to voters. The registrar encourages voters to bring the sample ballots with them to the polls in November. The sample ballots also list voters’ polling places on the back cover.
