GHS volleyball team drops second straight league contest
MONTEREY – The Gilroy High volleyball team suffered its second straight league loss on Friday by falling in three straight to host Monterey.

The Mustang spikers dropped the first game, 23-25, the second game, 18-25, and the third game, 21-15.

Gilroy, which opened its Tri-County Athletic League schedule with back-to-back home wins over Salinas and Hollister, has lost on the road at Alisal and now Monterey.

Up next, the Mustangs look to get back on track on their home court March 31 against Seaside and April 2 against Live Oak. Both matches are set to start at 6:30 p.m.
