DEAR EDITOR:

I’m writing to tell you that after much time, worry, and money, I found my lost Shih Tzu, Macy. A family in Morgan Hill had her and was caring for her when they happened to be down in Gilroy shopping and saw one of the many “lost dog” posters I had hung. They took very good care of her and she was returned completely unharmed this past Thursday morning.

Macy is back home now, thankfully, and doing well. She is showing some signs of being depressed after her ordeal, but I suppose that’s to be expected. I’m sure it’ll be like she was never gone after another day or two!

I just wanted to thank you for your time and concern for our family during those 18 horrible days.

Your willingness to help spread the word about Macy’s disappearance was greatly appreciated and your kindness will never be forgotten.

Tracy
