Dear Editor,
If I remember correctly, San Ysidro School was closed because it
was run down, worn out, and the location was deemed unsafe for use
as a school. The location was sold for a scant $400,000 and was
reopened as a school! Huh?

The site was unsuitable for a school, so it was reopened as a school? How much prop-measure-bond money did this cost us? Have we been duped again?
