A collision between a big rig and a car blocked both lanes of traffic on Highway 152 near Canada Road and Frazier Lake Thursday afternoon.
The accident, which took place just before 11:50 a.m., caused road closures in the area and led to congestion into Gilroy along Pacheco Pass. The roadway was reopened at approximately 3 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol’s website.
A person involved in the accident is reported to have suffered a compact fracture to the ankle, the CHP’s website shows. No other injuries were reported.
