Dear Editor,
In the Sept. 30 Dispatch, I saw the letter from Liz Dain. Too
bad it was just the same old nonsense. This woman has no idea what
she is talking about. I can prove it.
Dear Editor,
In the Sept. 30 Dispatch, I saw the letter from Liz Dain. Too bad it was just the same old nonsense. This woman has no idea what she is talking about. I can prove it.
First, let’s take the war in Iraq. This Pollyanna program costs Americans a billion dollars a month when we really need our troops here for more important things like terrorism, natural disasters, security on borders, immigration and protecting this country. Here!
Second, we need to stop helping the countries, like Syria, Iran, African and North Korea who won’t comply like telling us one thing then doing another.
The Republicans need to quit playing down issues when they come up. When they do something wrong, they always claim it was someone else.
They need to take responsibly for their own mistakes. The president tried this once but only half-heartedly apologized.
Fourth, we need to bring our troops home now. Yes, cut and run. We didn’t belong there in the first place. They didn’t attack us in the first place. The American ideology belongs right here, not in forcing our way of life on people who hate us anyway and always have.
