Monterey Bay League realignments for the 2015 Spring sports season were announced July 16 with very few shifts for Gilroy-area teams.
After back-to-back Pacific title winning seasons, the Christopher swim team will move up to the Gabilian Division. The Cougars will join San Benito, Everett Alvarez, Monterey, Palma/Notre Dame and Salinas. Gilroy will remain in the Pacific Division. This move also effects the diving team.
Morgan Hill’s Oakwood School will shift from the Mission Trail Athletic League to MBL in boys tennis. The Hawks will join Christopher and San Benito in the Pacific Division which also includes Alisal, Alvarez, Monte Vista Christian and Pacific Grove.
