Tom Cline needs to be brought back for District 5. Not only has he volunteered for years, but he has also been readily available to Gilroy residents since his election in 2022; if you text him, he will return your call.
In District 6, two grieving families in Gilroy still have not gotten closure. The homicides that occurred on the family property of Rebeca Armendariz on Oct. 30, 2021, have still not been solved.
Until those cases are closed out, Ms. Armendariz should not be allowed to hold public office. This is simply a matter of public safety.
In District 4, I agree with Fred Tovar that “District 4 deserves more…” And that more is Diana Sanchez Bentz, who has lived in District 4 for more than 30 years.
