Gilroy City Council is slated to convene its regular meeting on Monday, April 21.
Items on the agenda include:
PUBLIC HEARINGS
• Doling out funds: Draft 2014-15 Annual Action Plan for CDBG and Housing Trust Fund dollars
• Planned-unit development: Glen Loma Ranch revision, zoning revise
• Fee schedule adjustment: Revisions and adjustment to the city’s fee schedule
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
• Floor offices: Zoning ordinance amendment of Gilroy City Code to allow ground floor offices in the downtown historic district without a conditional use permit for a period of up to three years
• Shelter: Changes to city code for emergency shelters, supportive and transitional housing, reasonable accommodation and density bonus
NEW BUSINESS
• Auto Mall Parkway conceptual improvements
• Salary increase for City Clerk Shawna Freels
• Salary increase for City Administrator Tom Haglund
PRESENTATIONS
• Mark Derry, proclamation of appreciation
