Christ J. Xydes entered into rest on Saturday, Nov. 23 in Tuscon, Ariz. He was 47 years old. He is survived by his wife, Ronda Hruby; his sons, Alexander and Nicholas Xydes; his mother, Lena Xydes; his sister, Georgia Xydes and her husband Mark Smith; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 2 at 3 p.m. at Lima family – Erickson Mortuary, 710 Willow St., San Jose. Friends are invited to attend a Trisagion Service Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. at St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church, 6430 Bose Ln., San Jose. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 10 a.m. at St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church. Interment to follow at Mission City Memorial Park.
