The City of Gilroy’s Housing & Community Development department is looking for new members for its Citizens Advisory Committee. This committee reviews proposals for nonprofit funding and submits these to the city council. Members attend three mandatory meetings and have the option to attend the city council meetings when funding recommendations are presented. The committee is seeking a diverse membership to reflect the Gilroy’s diverse needs. The deadline to apply is Dec. 30.
