The San Jose Repertory Theatre in association with Second Generation (2g), present “Making Tracks,” which will begin preview shows on March 19 before its official run from March 25 to April 17.

The story of an Asian American rock singer who goes in search of his past, “Tracks” follows six generations from the railroad tracks of the 1870s to the detainment camps of WWII and into the present day.

“Tracks” was written by Broadway star Welly Yang and Juilliard-trained musician Brian Yorkey, and will be accompanied by a historical display from the Chinese Historical Society of America.

Tickets are $22 to $52. Students, seniors, subscribers and those with ADA or ASL assistance needs are all eligible for discounts. Rush tickets also available.
