A Sony projector and DVD player were stolen from a residence on
the 10600 block of New Avenue, between 6 p.m. Sunday and 3 a.m.
Monday. The victim had left a window open and noticed an old
microwave had been pushed up to his home under the window.

Paul Joseph Lumbard, 41, of the 15800 block of Uvas Road in Morgan Hill, 11:10 p.m. April 22, near the intersection of Middle and Crowner avenues in San Martin for possession of a dangerous weapon and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Jose Betancourt, 33, transient, 8:50 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Sycamore and San Martin avenues in San Martin.
Parole violation
Jorge Anaya, 30, of the 100 block of Cosmo Avenue in Morgan Hill, 9 a.m. April 24, near the intersection of Highway 152 and Holsclaw Road for violation of a restraining order and parole violation.
Spouse abuse
Agustin Giorge-Chavez, 30, of the 14900 block of Seymour Avenue in Morgan Hill, 1:45 p.m. April 23, near the intersection of Highland Avenue and Monterey Road in San Martin for spousal abuse, false imprisonment, and unlawfully and maliciously disabling a utility line.

Khanh Nguyen, 39, of San Jose, 7 p.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Hellyer Avenue and U.S. 101 in San Jose.

William Castaneda, 20, of the 2200 bock of Bloomfield Road, 3:35 p.m. April 16, at his residence.
