Police on Monday arrested Martin Kemmeries, a man who residents say continually exposed himself to neighbors, according to the Gilroy Police Department.
On Monday, officers from the GPD responded to a report of a Gilroy man exposing himself at the 1100 block of Driftwood Terrace.
The reporting party stated she received a complaint from a victim who saw the man exposing himself in front of a window at a residence.
During the incidents, the window was open with the screen removed and the male could be clearly seen nude.
During the investigation, police determined the exposure was not accidental. Kemmeries,31, took extra measures to ensure the victims were able to see him exposed as he stood in front of the unobstructed window, according to the GPD.
Multiple victims came forward, and it appeared there have been numerous occasions over the previous month where Kemmeries continually exposed himself to passers-by and residents in the area, according to the GPD.
A victim provided the GPD with a video showing Kemmeries exposing himself to people who were outside, according to police.
Kemmeries was arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County Jail for the charge of indecent exposure with a prior conviction.
