Gilroy Police arrest two male suspects on multiple accounts of
burglary, vehicle tampering and conspiracy.
Gilroy Police arrested two suspects early Thursday morning in connection with at least four vehicle burglaries.

Police arrested Christopher Jacobs, 24, and Henry Loyd, 20, at 1:15 a.m. Thursday near the 900 block of Monticelli Court on suspicion of burglary, vehicle tampering and conspiracy.

Four burglarized vehicles were located in the area, as well as two vehicles which were tampered with, according to the GPD. Police said property found in possession of the suspects was returned to the victims.

Recovered were approximately $2000 worth of items, including an iPod, CDs, video games, sunglasses, a wallet, pepper spray and a car charger.

Jacobs was booked into the Santa Clara County jail on three felony counts of burglary, one count of conspiracy and two counts of tampering with a vehicle.

Loyd was booked on two felony counts of burglary, one count of conspiracy and two counts of tampering with a vehicle.
