– James Edward Smith, 64, transient, 9:54pm Thursday, at 6110 Monterey Road on warrants for driving under the influence, obstructing a peace officer, failure to appear in court and battery.
Possession of drugs for sale
– Joseph Edward Vincent, 45, no address given, 3:59am Friday, at 6110 Monterey Road for possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violation.
Under the influence
– Sarah Elizabeth Williams, 24, of the 9200 block of Solana Drive, 12:05am Friday, at the intersection of Eighth and Rosanna streets on a warrant for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Commercial burglary
– Cash from the sale of prepaid phone cards was skimmed from a business on the 400 block of Mayock Road, 9am Thursday.
Stolen vehicle
– A 2004 silver Mitsubishi Montero, license plate 5SSH450, owned by a Gilroy car dealership was stolen from Capital Mitsubishi in San Jose between Oct. 6 and Oct. 12
Auto burglary
– A purse containing personal items and identification cards was stolen from a car parked outside a residence on the 6000 block of Monterey Road, 10pm Wednesday.
Petty theft
– Prescription medications were stolen from a vehicle outside a business on the 500 block of Stutz Way, 12pm Tuesday.
Restraining order violation
– A person who had a restraining order placed on them entered a business where the victim worked at the Gilroy Premium Outlets, 681 Leavesley Road, 7:30pm Monday.
