False self-identification
Jorge Luis Valencia-Andrade, 42, of San Jose, 11:24 a.m. Monday, near the intersection of Farrell Avenue and Desiderio Way for lying about his identity.
Controlled substance possession
Wilson White Maier, 18, of the 7300 block of Carmel Street, 3:49 p.m. Monday, at 350 Mantelli Drive for possession of marijuana.
Robert Sanchez, 36, transient, 11:35 p.m. Monday, near the intersection of Third and Hanna streets for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Jose Luis Hernandez, 19, of the 7200 block of Hanna Street, 9:24 p.m. Monday, near the intersection of Eighth and Rosanna streets for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Domestic battery
Gyasi Kwame Terran, 23, of the 7700 block of Laurel Drive, 12:04 a.m. Tuesday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and Monte Bello Drive on warrants for two counts of domestic battery and delaying or resisting a police officer.
Burglary
Georgia Dee Freeman, 26, of Hollister, 7:07 p.m. Tuesday, at Kohl’s, 6765 Camino Arroyo, for burglary.
Petty theft
Lucas Joseph Palacios, 29, of the 7700 block of Chestnut Street, 6:43 p.m. Tuesday, at Kohl’s, 6765 Camino Arroyo, for petty theft.
OTHER GPD INCIDENTS
Battery
An 18-year-old woman was asked to show her breasts, refused and was grabbed by the shoulders by a suspect, who tried to turn the woman around, at 641 Leavesley Road, between 2:30 and 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Residential burglary
Copper wire valued at $2,500 and two power cords valued at $1,500 were stolen from a home under construction owned by Dividend Homes at 5873 Cajon Way, between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 6:30 a.m. Thursday.
Vehicle vandalism
The front windshield of a 1990 Lincoln Continental parked outside 651 W. Luchessa Ave. was broken with a brick, between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.
Commercial burglary
Copper wire of unknown value was stolen from the old Indian-Victory Motorcycles building, 200 E. 10th St., between 3 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Monday.
Auto burglary
A car stereo valued at $300 was stolen from a white 1998 Chevrolet pickup truck owned by Panther Plumbing and parked outside 5750 Obata Way, between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 6:30 a.m. Thursday. The suspect smashed a window to gain entry, police said.
A CD player valued at $130 and two 12-inch speakers valued at $100 were stolen from 1991 Ford Ram pickup parked outside 5920 Travel Park Circle, between 1:30 and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. The suspect or suspects broke the passenger’s-side window to gain entry to the vehicle.
Tools valued at $195, CD radios valued at $385 and a stereo valued at $250 were stolen from two work trucks in the parking lot of RMC Engineering, 255 Mayock Road, between Oct. 26 and Tuesday.
A stereo, amplifier and subwoofer valued at $900 were stolen from a 2001 Jeep CER parked outside 1311 Fernwood Lane, between 9 p.m. Monday and 8:45 a.m. Tuesday. The suspect or suspects broke the rear driver’s-side window to gain entry to the vehicle.
Grand theft
A medium-sized silver toolbox with tools valued at $800 was stolen from the bed of a 2006 Ford FX4 pickup truck parked outside 620 Sherwood Drive, between 1 and 5 a.m. Tuesday.

Reckless driving
Smoeun Srean, 26, of San Jose, 1:43 p.m. Sunday, near the intersection of U.S. 101 and Hellyer Avenue in San Jose for reckless driving and violation of a court order.

Recovered stolen vehicle
Deputies responded to a possible auto burglary near the Anderson Lake County Park to find a green 2004 Volvo XC9 near the intersection of Coyote and Cochrane roads in Morgan Hill, 6:46 p.m. Saturday.
n Deputies found a red 1992 Nissan Sentra near the intersection of Buena Vista and Marcella avenues, 12:56 p.m. Nov. 1.
Grand theft
A purse containing a cell phone, keys, credit cards, checks, wallet and cash valued at $715 from an unlocked gold 2004 Ford Excursion parked outside a house on Fitzgerald Avenue in San Martin.
Vandalism
A window valued at $150 was broken after an incident between a victim and her ex-boyfriend. At 11:26 p.m. Friday, the victim drove her grey Jeep Cherokee over to his house, where he threw gravel at her and busted her rear window, she said. However, he claims that it was another man who threw the gravel.
