Learn more about Medicare changes

As Open Enrollment for Medicare Advantage plans come to a close, CareMore Health Plan is offering its services to local seniors to sign up before the deadline ends on Saturday, December 7th. In order to educate seniors about their options, CareMore staff members will be available at the CareMore Care Center in Gilroy, 7888 Wren Ave., Bldg. C131, from 10 am to 1 pm. CareMore staff will speak to attendees in order to assist them in understanding any Medicare changes that may affect them, as well as the types of services that they should look for in a Medicare Advantage plan.
CareMore provides innovative health care approaches to the complex problems of aging. Its model focuses on preventative care through education, exercise and healthy nutrition, and also treating health-draining chronic conditions, such as diabetes, heart and lung disease. The model’s design is to identify these conditions early and addresses them through appropriate medical treatment.
