Commercial burglary
An unknown suspect(s), between 4:30 p.m. Dec. 5 and 6:40 a.m. Dec. 6 on the 300 block of Kirby Lane at Monterey Road in Morgan Hill, forced open multiple interior doors, ransacked multiple offices and took approximately $300 in cash, various hand tools and an HP laptop computer.
Attempted burglary
An unknown suspect(s), 8:35 p.m. Dec. 10 on the 5000 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy, was caught trying to get into the library using a burglary tool. Suspect fled the scene.
Grand theft
An unknown suspect(s), between 11 p.m. Dec. 9 and 6 a.m. Dec. 10 on the 2400 block of Dunlap Avenue in Gilroy, stole a bicycle worth approximately $2,000.
Providing false identification to a peace officer
Carlos Aquino, 34, 11:48 a.m. Dec. 9 on Alexander Street at 10th Street in Gilroy, provided false name and date of birth to an officer while on felony probation for drug charges.
Illegal dumping
Adolfo Maldonado Juarez, 52, between noon and 12:30 p.m. on the 600 block of Hale Avenue at San Bruno Avenue in Morgan Hill, dumped a large amount of dirt, concrete and other debris.
