 In loving memory of Jeanie Wong Young who passed away on August 16, 2013. Jeanie was an inspiration to all who knew her and her courageous spirit will never be forgotten.
 Jeanie was born and raised in Los Angeles to the late Hong Wong and Wan Shee Wong. She worked and attended college in Southern California.
 She met her lifetime love and soul mate, Joe F. Young, whom she married and lived with in Gilroy for the past 56 years.
 Jeanie’s love for her family was always evident. She recognized and appreciated the blessings of having a very close family. She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and extended family, and celebrating special occasions and holidays. She was always a role model to them, standing tall as a pillar of strength.
 Jeanie leaves her loving and devoted husband, Joe, dedicated daughters Vivian (John MacMurray), Brenda (Ray Marable), and Phyllis (Matt Kong), along with her adored grandchildren Jeffrey Joseph Kong, Alexis Jeanie Kong and Sydney Joelle Marable. She is also survived by her brothers William (Doris), Homer (Elaine), Gilbert (Irene), sisters Margie Fong, Rosie Leung, Bessie Chow, Nellie Yee-Dong, sisters-in-law Emma Young and May Mullen, and numerous nieces, nephews and their children.
