Wake up people, you’re being lied to and your freedoms are in jeopardy

Hello, is anyone awake?
I look around and see masses of Godless, clueless sheepole, too busy with life to see that they are losing their freedoms and their country. Our government officials stand fearlessly in front of the cameras lying to us while Americans are being murdered! Where’s the outrage? What will it take to anger you to point of taking action? More murders or have we become desensitized to that?
We just learned that the Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records from Associated Press journalists as part of an investigation about a failed al Qa’ida plot. This is the third worst leak in American history, yet Attorney General Eric Holder wants us to believe he knows nothing as he played “pass the buck” stating his deputy “ultimately authorized the subpoena”. This is ironic since Obama’s administration ultimately leaked the information that they are tying to find in AP phone records. Smells like the making of another cover-up.
Last Friday, the IRS apologized for “targeting” conservatives – you know the ones with “tea party”, “patriot” and “9-12” in their name. This should make you sick to your stomach knowing the IRS, a non-partisan organization, has the capability to randomly target a particular group. And this is the agency we are supposed to entrust enforcing Obamacare to?
Then, there’s Benghazi. Wednesday we heard Gregory Hicks, second in command and last to speak with Ambassador Stevens, testify that Stevens’s last words were “we are under attack”. No spontaneous protest, no video, just lies. An email on Sept. 12 from the State Department to Hicks stated Ansar al-Sharia; a terrorist group was responsible for the attack. A week later ABC reported on the 12 revisions to the talking points that eventually scrubbed all references to Islamic extremists, al Qa’ida, and Ansar-al-Sharia. Why don’t they want us to know who the enemy is?
Defense Secretary Leon Panetta testified that after Obama was initially briefed on Benghazi he never spoke with him again that night. So who made the conscious decision to abandon our ambassador and three others leaving them to die? Who gave the stand down order to the special operations team waiting at Benghazi airport to rescue them? Was the stand down order by default due to Obama being M.I.A. that night, or was it because the U.S. was running guns through Turkey to Syria and Obama knew, attempting to distance himself? Either way, four died.
And have we minimized the Boston Marathon bombings where the Tsarnaev brothers, devout Muslims, killed three and wounded over 170?
The media failed to report on Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, originally dubbed a “person of interest” in the bombings. Alharbi, a Saudi national was tagged with a 212(a)(3)(B) event file, “terrorist activities”, not once but twice! – a designation meant to block dangerous individuals from entering the U.S. Yet he still managed to obtain a visa. Once the press began asking questions, Alharbi’s file was altered, followed by someone attempting to destroy both current and previous files. “The Blaze” has the actual documents. And DHS won’t say where Alharbi currently is. Angry yet?
So what do all these have in common? Lies, government officials, terrorists, Islamic extremists, al Qa’ida, and conservatives. This administration is redefining America and her enemies by eliminating words such as Islamic extremists, al Qa’ida, jihad, terrorist and targeting those who oppose them. It’s hard to fight an enemy when you can’t easily identify it.
This administration is responsible for prosecuting more whistle-blowers then all administrations combined. They think they are untouchable, sovereign, and god-like. When you’re in competition with God you must eliminate your enemy and all they stand for (i.e. truth, honesty, justice, biblical values).
Even if don’t believe in God, it’s a fact that this country was founded on Judeo-Christian values. re you ready to stand silently by and give them up? With them goes our freedom. Are you ready to let a mere man decide what’s better than God? Are you angry that your country is being transformed? Do you even care?
If not, put the paper down, go back to sleep and realize that YOUR IGNORANCE IS THEIR POWER. Our country is under siege, and it’s from within. If you’re angry do something. Get involved, write a letter, call your Congressman, share the truth, get educated. Anything, just don’t be silent.

Dear Editor,
I do not know how to get in touch directly with the organizers and volunteers associated with The Sportsman Chefs, but wanted to thank them for another Incredible day at Hilltop Springs Ranch this past Saturday.
My son and I were fortunate to stumble (literally over a tree trunk as we were circumventing the lake) upon a group of volunteers that made the day unforgettable. Sadly, I didn’t get their names (Danny’s nephew and Sammy and others) was all I remember.
Most importantly was the extent to which they went to help my son have a fun and successful day. They helped him cast his line until he got the hang of it and spent hours casting their own lines only to pass the rod over to Joe to reel in any fish they caught. It was like he won the lottery every time.
When Joe started to tire out they brought him lunch (and a secret stash of earthworms) and kept him going.
Thank you again to all who organized, stocked fish, cooked, served, volunteered, and financed this wonderful community event.
We look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Invitation to a lunch date to discuss the controversial issue of a lead ammo ban
Dear Editor,
I am the author of the May 3 column about lead ammunition, with which Mr. Alan Viarengo took issue in an email to WERC and a letter to the editor last week.
For many years I have been greatly between hunters and wildlife rehabilitators. We don’t often understand each other and it sometimes seems as if there is no possibility of rapprochement.
For that reason, I would like very much to sit down with Mr. Viarengo to discuss this situation, our differences, and any issues about which we might agree.
On behalf of myself and WERC, I invite Mr. Viarengo to join me for lunch sometime in the next week or two. His choice of restaurant (please make it reasonable in cost!), my treat. I will bring a friend and I invite Mr. Viarengo to bring a friend as well. The only ground rule is that we will have a civilized, polite conversation.
If we end up parting with no agreement about anything, then that is the way it is. However, I would like to better understand the hunter’s perspective, and I would be pleased if Mr. Viarengo better understands how the wildlife rehabilitator sees things.

Deceit running rampant in Obama Administration as the scandals keep coming
Dear Editor,
Success has many fathers, failure is an orphan. When Osama bin Laden was killed we were immediately provided detailed minute-by-minute accounts in real time. There were scenes of the situation room complete with appropriate personnel, including the president. Critical details found their way into the news immediately.
When our consulate was attacked on ‘September 11th” we are told that no details were available. We were then told that this was a demonstration of a YouTube video that no one ever saw. We are now told that information about this event was suppressed by the administration. Now, eight months later, we are told “it was a long time ago” and “what difference does it make.” Is it any surprise that people don’t believe the administration and the media?
Meanwhile, the IRS illegally takes confidential information from conservative organizations and passes it to ProPublica.com. They in turn use the same information to attack these organizations and candidates to affect the outcome of elections. The IRS apologized, but blamed the misconduct on low-level bureaucrats in Cleveland.
The Department of Justice seizes Associated Press phone records. Attorney General Eric Holder justifies the action because of a terrorism threat. Who knew that AP is a terrorist organization?
Eight months after the fact no one knows why four Americans including the ambassador were murdered in Benghazi? No one knows who wrote the erroneous talking point that Ambassador Clinton, Ambassador Smith and President Obama repeated for weeks after the event.
Is there anyone in the Administration who is either knowledgeable or responsible for anything?
