 Robert “Bob” Franklin Edwards, 63, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Bob was born August 22, 1949 in Starke, FL. He retired from the Internal Revenue Service in 2005 with 33 years of Federal Service. Bob survived by his loving wife, four sons and their wives and 11 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a cancer charity of your choice.
