Roy Sosa’s RBI single in the bottom of the seventh earned Baker Pump an 11-10 Men’s Tuesday EE League decision over the Assassins at Las Animas Park.
Jake Verissimo went 3 for 4 as Baker Pump moved into a tie for second place at 4-3 with the Assassins. Rudy Maquinalez Jr. tripled and doubled for the Assassins.
Manuel Fonseca hit a home run, a double and two singles to carry RMS past Beer 30 by a 27-14 count. Tad Jackson went 5 for 5 for RMS. Jordan Rios went 2 for 2 and scored two runs for Beer 30.
Fastenal powered past AJM Plastic Surgery 15-3 in Men’s Tuesday E action at Christmas Hill Park. Henry Quistian homered and Jose Vasquez went 3 for 3 and scored three Fastenal runs. Ben Roybal garnered two singles for AJM Plastic Surgery.
Those Guys secured a playoff spot in the E League postseason with a 21-14 decision over the Inglorious Batters.
Jacob Wischman provided two home runs and Ricardo Rascon and Geoff Graves collected four hits apiece for Those Guys. Ben Hartshorn lined three doubles and scored three runs for the Inglorious Batters.
Team TF remained one game ahead in the Co-Rec Fall League standings Sunday after a 15-9 decision over Team Rush.
Cynthia Garza and Mike Hernandez lined two-run singles in a five-run seventh frame to lead Team TF (6-1). Danny Pequeno hit two home runs and Craig Martinez hit a grand slam for Team Rush (3-4).
Out 2 Play (4-3) claimed a 24-8 verdict over Hi-Energy Networks. Ben Carrasco went 4 for 4 and scored four Play runs. Joseph Tovar hit two doubles and a single for Hi-Energy.
The Loca Girls topped the Saint Louise Bruisers 10-4 Wednesday to advance to 4-3 in Women’s C League action.
Dominique Perez went 3 for 3 and scored three Loca runs. Whitney Phares, Jenny Vo and Louise Fry stroked RBI-singles for the Bruisers.
Corey’s Girls-Heavy’s Grill moved to 6-1 with a 17-2 nod over Pops’ Gals. Krisaundra Sonnier homered and Antoinette Bowe was 3 for 3 for the winners. Wendy Wilson hit a two-run single for Pops’ Gals.
Cal Silk Screen Printing moved to 5-2 with an 11-6 win over Las Frijolitas. Jasmine Perez went 3 for 3 and Sandi Saenz hit a three-run triple for the Printers. Dora Olivares and Shelly Ceballos each scored twice for Las Frijolitas.
Tyler Maslanka doubled and scored on a Ryan Lennon single in the eighth as Garlic City Computer & Network (5-1) slipped  by Feather Haven 13-12 in Wednesday DD play.
Maslanka went 4 for 4 and Chris Wong hit homers in the third inning. Nelson Villanueva went 2 for 3 and scored two Feather Haven runs.
The Bash Brothers (4-2) surprised Freddie Sanchez Hardwood Floors 11-9 as Joe Woods, Joe Cano and Jose Melendrez each plated three runs. Rodney Clore homered and Dave Newton went 3 for 3 for the Floormen.
Gilroy Thunder remained in fourth place in the competitive Men’s Thursday EE play with a 12-8 upset of Claddagh. Ron Aleshire homered for 3-4 Thunder. Dave Meacham hit two doubles as Claddagh (5-2) dropped into a first place tie with Team OMG.
Enrique Lopez capped a three-run seventh with an RBI single to carry OMG past R&M Transportation 10-9. Bryan Rogers and Julian Toscano each tripled and singled for R&M.
Brian Klein went 3 for 3 to lead Sustainable Packaging Partners by the Sweepers 8-7. Jason Ramirez went 4 for 4 for the Sweepers.
