Auto burglary
A burglar or burglars broke into a gray 2003 Honda and stole a purse on Juniper Drive, 7:49 a.m. Dec. 4.
A burglar or burglars broke into a dark green GMC Suburban on Rosanna Street and took a purple skull backpack with miscellaneous items valued at $400.
A burglar or burglars broke into a gray 2005 Dodge Durango on Rosanna Street and took a DVD player valued at $129, two diamond and gold stud earrings valued at $250, a motorcycle jacket valued at $125, shirts, pants and sweaters valued at $150, a cell phone valued at $250, and $400 in cash, between 12:01 and 6:15 a.m. Dec. 4.
Residential burglary
A thief or thieves entered a residence under construction on Fourth Street through an unlocked side window and stole electrical wire valued at $475, drills valued at $280, auger bits valued at $50, a zip saw valued at $100, a hole digger valued at $299 and miscellaneous hand tools valued at $200, between 6 p.m. Dec. 3 and 6:45 a.m. Dec. 4.
Fraud
A woman’s roommate from when they lived together in San Bruno is suspected of stealing a credit card from her room and then making numerous charges before returning it, Feb. 26.
An unknown person used a Byers Street resident’s bank account and PIN to withdraw money in Los Angeles, between 6:26 p.m. Dec. 2 and 8:18 p.m. Dec. 3.
A woman on Fillippelli Drive received a fraudulent charge from Macy’s on her credit card and believes it was her nephew, May 25.
A woman on Eigleberry Street reported fraudulent activity on her credit card, 3:01 p.m. Dec. 2.
Non-injury accident
A gray 2001 Chevrolet Tacoma pushed a silver 2005 Toyota Matrix into a brown 2006 GMC Yukon on First Street and Wren Avenue, 2:40 p.m. Dec. 4.
Missing juvenile
A male juvenile was reported missing from a residence on Forest Street, 3:58 p.m. Dec. 4.
A juvenile was reported missing from a residence on Plymouth Drive, 1:03 a.m. Dec. 5.
A juvenile ran away from her home on Eigleberry Street after she was picked up by Gilroy police for an arrest from a different case, 9:16 p.m. Dec. 6.
Hit and run
The driver of a silver 2001 Hyundai Sonata rear-ended a white 2000 Honda Civic on Camino Arroyo and Pacheco Pass Highway, 7:46 p.m. Dec. 4. The car was followed by a witness, and the driver in the accident was cited and released.
A gold 1998 Dodge Durango backed into a white 2009 Subaru Impreza on Eigleberry and Sixth streets and then fled the scene, 6:14 p.m. Dec. 5.

Narcotics

Petty theft
