GILROY – Gilroy High will be holding its annual Friends of Athletics Golf and BBQ on Monday, June 8, at Gilroy Golf Course. The event will begin at 3:30 p.m. with dinner following at 6:30 p.m.
“We have lots of people to say goodbye to and wish well as they step down from the coaching ranks or move on to Christopher High School,” GHS Athletic Director Jack Daley said. “All are welcome to come out for Golf and BBQ or just to hang out around the beverage cart.”
Golf is $26 for nine holes including a cart, while dinner is $15 per person and includes: Appetizers, tri-tip BBQ, green salad, garlic bread, ranch beans and beverages.
Those interested in the event can apply for a four-some. RSVPs for golf and dinner are due by Wednesday.
