Daniel Joseph Montenegro, 28, of Gilroy, 5:55 a.m. Friday, near San Martin and Columbet avenues for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation and an unspecified warrant.

Driving without a license

Jonathan Alcaraz Tapia, 21, of Gilroy, 1:45 a.m. Nov. 9, near Forest Street and Leavesley Road for driving with a suspended license, driving without an ignition interlocking device and on a no-bail warrant for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Vehicle burglary

A digital camera and lens were stolen from a 2005 gray Ford Explorer and an iPod was stolen from a 2008 white Toyota, both parked at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday. The vehicle’s window frames were bent and the windows broken.

The window of a 1987 white Mazda pick-up truck was smashed and various CDs were stolen from inside on the 900 block of Arizona Circle, between 12 and 2 p.m. Nov. 9.

Petty theft

A woman found a package on her front porch that had been opened and the contents stolen on the 1200 block of Masten Avenue, between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Nov. 11. The lock on the woman’s motor home, which was parked in her driveway, was also broken.

Found property

A radio controlled airplane was found near Monterey and Metcalf roads in San Jose, 1:15 p.m. Nov. 12.

Informational industrial accident

A man fell from an 11-foot-high scaffolding, struck his head and was knocked unconscious for about 30 seconds at a business on the 500 block of Monterey Road in Morgan Hill, 12 p.m. Nov. 12.

Vandalism

Graffiti was spray painted on the front wall and side gate of a residence on the 17400 block of Murphy Avenue in Morgan Hill, causing more than $400 in damage, between 12 p.m. Oct. 24 and 12 p.m. Nov. 7.

The brake lines on a horse trailer were cut, causing about $40 in damage, on the 9900 block of Palm Court in Morgan Hill, between 11 p.m. Oct. 31 and 5 p.m. Nov. 4.

Burglary

A screen was pulled off a window and several drawers rifled through but nothing was taken from a residence on the 14800 block of Foothill Avenue in San Martin, between 5 p.m. Nov. 9 and 9 a.m. Nov. 10.

Discharging a BB device

A plastic BB was fired into the front window of a residence on the 14500 block of Center Avenue in San Martin, between 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 9.
