Salomon Resendiz Tinajero, 40, of Gilroy, 8:20 a.m. Aug. 5, on Monterey Road in San Martin for driving with a fraudulent license plate.
Vandalism
David DiSalvo, 20, a transient, 3:18 p.m. Aug. 3, near Depot Street and San Martin Avenue in San Martin on a warrant. When DiSalvo was placed in the back of a police car, he kicked the right rear window causing $500 in damage.

A gas generator worth $400 was stolen from a shack on the 13700 block of Llagas Avenue in San Martin, between 9:30 p.m. Aug. 4 and 3:50 p.m. Aug. 5.
Cameras, power tools, stereo equipment and sporting goods were stolen from a locked van on the 12600 block of Columbet Avenue, between 9 a.m. July 28 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 4.
Theft by access card
A San Martin woman’s Visa debit card was used to make a $75.83 online purchase at Buy.com, between 5 p.m. Aug. 4 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 5.
Vandalism
Several holes were cut into a cyclone fence around an airport yard on the 13000 block of Murphy Avenue in San Martin, between 4:30 p.m. July 28 and 2:10 p.m. Aug. 4.
Residential burglary
A generator and several construction tools worth about $3,000 were stolen from a residence on the 1500 block of Bolsa Road, between 3 and 6 p.m. Aug. 3.
Petty theft
A license plate was pried off a trailer near Monterey Road and Palm Avenue in Morgan Hill, between 8 p.m. July 26 and 2 p.m. Sunday.
