Nellie Moreno, age 68, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 4, 2012, in Gilroy, CA. She is survived by her loyal husband Angel Moreno of 47 years; her loving children George Moreno, Rosary Moreno, Maggie Moreno, Angel Moreno, Jr. and Gilbert Moreno and her grandson, Samuel Moreno who was the world to her; her brothers and sisters, Frances Orozco, Lupe Astrada, Marina Hernandez, Lisa Machuca and Gilbert Hernandez, Jr. and many adored nieces and nephews.
 She was a beautiful human being and exemplary mother who was a bright light to all who knew her and whose light will shine down upon us always.Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 4th St., Gilroy.
