After noticing sparks flying from underneath his truck, a man
pulled over on the U.S. 101 Leavesley Road exit to discover that
his vehicle was on fire.
After noticing sparks flying from underneath his truck, a man pulled over on the U.S. 101 Leavesley Road exit to discover that his vehicle was on fire. Fire officials believe the fire was caused by mechanical failure in the fuel line. One Gilroy Fire engine responded to the call at 6:37pm. The truck was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived on scene. The fire was contained within 40 minutes. There were no injuries reported.
