Lenny Haines fits a new Stetson hat on Casey Tibbs, the cowboy riding Warpaint on the Hall’s building downtown. Haines’ father, Charles, worked in the Hall’s building from 1950 until it closed due to the Loma Prieta earthquake. Haines was asked to furnish Casey with a new hat.
