The Silicon Valley Leadership Group applauds Assemblyman John Laird and Governor Schwarzenegger for championing and signing AB 1200. This bill will provide future direction for the water delivery systems for two-thirds of California’s citizens.
As we have all witnessed through the devastation of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the time for planning for our Delta levees and other critical infrastructure (bridges, hospitals… etc.) must happen now before another catastrophic event occurs.
