SAN MARTIN – Clos LaChance Winery, located at 1 Hummingbird Lane, will be hosting a “ZAP (Zinfandel Advocates and Producers) Barbecue” on Sunday, from noon to 4 p.m.
A fee of $40 per person includes a tri-tip and chicken barbecue dinner with all the fixings (provided by San Martin Meats), sampling chocolates made specifically for eating with zinfandel and other varietals from The San Francisco Chocolate Factory and zinfandel tasting with Clos LaChance and several local wineries, including:

A panel discussion with several wine industry figures, including author and wine historian, Charles L. Sullivan; owner/winemaker of Rosenblum Cellars, Kent Rosenblum and head of the viticulture and enology department at UC Davis, Jim Wolpert.
