All Seasons Pool Service recently announced that it is celebrating 30 years of providing pool cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients in Gilroy, Morgan Hill and the South County area.
Owner Dean Filice started the business in 1992 with a route of just 27 pools—and originally, it was just him making the rounds. Today, All Seasons services more than 200 residential and commercial pools across South County each week. All team members are fully insured Certified Pool Operators and provide expert pool service for traditional as well as saltwater pools.
“Like so many other businesses, we have faced some real challenges over the last few years,” Filice said. “Prices for pool chemicals have increased dramatically, as have fuel and labor costs. Our clients have been very supportive and understanding as we all adapt to this situation. I still love what I do and am incredibly grateful for my team and my clients who have made it possible to keep this business going for 30 years.”
Over the years, Filice says that what he’s enjoyed most is working with his son, Nolan Filice, and getting to know his clients and watching their families (and their pets) grow up. He’s always happy to help out as needed, whether that’s bringing in a Christmas tree or dealing with a trapped skunk.
But the worst part of the job? That’s an easy one: snakes in skimmers.
