Thank you to the Premiere Theater for bringing Fahrenheit 9-11 to South County.
The interest surrounding this film is understandably high as we head into this election season. The issues raised should not be dismissed as “simply partisan” if you are paying attention at all to what is occurring in the country and the world.
The decision of some theaters to not screen the film has been disappointing, yet it has only made many people more curious and more willing to drive to other communities to spend their time and money. And they’re certainly doing that.
For those residents of Morgan Hill and Gilroy who thought they had to drive to San Jose or Santa Cruz to see the top-ranking documentary – they no longer need to. Hollister has served the community.
We enjoyed a movie and a meal and will now look first and support what Premiere Theater is offering.
