At 9:23 p.m. Tuesday two suspects armed with a handgun and knife robbed the clerks at La Flor De Jalisco Market on 144 Lewis St. in Gilroy of an undetermined amount of money

Police say the two Spanish-speaking suspects demanded money from the clerks before fleeing eastbound on Lewis Street.

No one was injured during the robbery and the suspects are still at large, according to the press report.

The first suspect is a 5-foot-4-inch Hispanic male between the ages of 18 and 25 and weighing 160 pounds. Police say he was wearing a black ski mask, white hooded sweatshirt, dark blue shorts and was armed with a handgun.

The second suspect is described as a 5-foot-8-inch Hispanic male between the ages of 18 and 25 and weighing 160 pounds. Police say he was wearing a black ski mask, black coat, gray hooded sweatshirt, dark blue pants and was armed with a knife.
